A believer is one whose faith becomes a conscious realization, or intellectual awakening. A believer undergoes intellectual awakening. A thinking process initiates in him, he moulds himself and converts negativity into positivity. All this continues through life and finally a time comes when he becomes “a soul at peace.” Then, God says to him: "Enter My Paradise." (89:27-30)
A believer, in today's language, can be called a self-made man. A person is not born a believer by birth. A person does not become a believer at the moment of birth. A believer is a self-made man, who trains himself and moulds himself. This is a believer's method. A person has to activate his mind. He has to reflect deeply on matters. This is why, a believer is a self-made man. He makes himself on his own. If a person is a readymade believer, then opening the doors of Paradise for him has no meaning. If a person is born as a believer from his mother's womb and straightaway goes to Paradise, then this is an underestimation of Paradise.
A person who is born into this world, leads his life here, moulds himself, does introspection and trains his mind, wherever he faces negative thought, he saves himself from negativity by his willpower, he initiates a process of self-correction within and then gradually makes himself a true believer. One who does all this will deserve Paradise. If a person is born as a believer from his mother's womb and straightaway goes to Paradise, then this reduces the importance of Paradise.
