What is the reason behind stress? There are man-made bounties and God-made bounties.  The good things made by humans and the good things made by God. We want the fulfilment of our aspirations in man-made bounties or things made by humans.  We want a car, a job, business, bank balance and things of the material civilization. These are the things made by humans. All these things have some or the other defect, limitation and disadvantage. At the same time, there are God-made bounties all around us.  We have unlimited aspirations and we want fulfilment in man-made bounties, which are limited. This is the contradiction.

I remember a verse from the Quran: وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمْ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا مِنْهُ (45.13) Whatever is there in space, in heavens and the earth have all been subjected for humans. This has been discovered scientifically today. It is not merely a belief that the entire universe is subject to us. Rather this is now a scientific discovery.  The entire universe has been made in such a way that it is fit for humans and fulfils human needs.  The universe is completely in accordance with all human needs and desires. This is indeed strange.

In the words of a scientist, the universe is custom-made. If you want to buy a shoe and you place an order for it, the shoe will be prepared exactly according to your foot size and will fit you. This is a custom-made shoe.  The entire universe is custom-made for humans.

This is indeed strange. Man-made bounties are limited. You are trying to fulfil your unlimited aspirations where there are limitations. You must try seek to fulfil your aspirations in God-made bounties, which are unlimited like your unlimited aspirations.  There is no contradiction here. This is the whole issue.
