  Leaflet: The Destination of Man
This world is a 'pathway' and paradise is its 'final destination'. Man has come here to tread this path while on his way to eternal bliss. Paradise is an eternal abode: a perfect place for all kinds of happiness and comforts. Paradise is free from all kinds of limitations and disadvantages. Paradise is the realization of human dreams of finding an ideal world. If the present world is a 'thorn,' then the world of paradise is the 'rose'.

Article: Waiting for a Better Tomorrow
The Times of India, April 12, 2012
I happened to meet a young lady who was working in a company based in Delhi. She complained that the terms and conditions at work were not very good and that she was, as a result, suffering from stress. I asked her if she wanted a formula for de-stressing and since she seemed interested, I gave her a spiritual formula that was given by the Prophet of Islam. The Prophet said, "Waiting for a better tomorrow is also a form of worship."

  Video: Purpose of Creation
In his talk, the Maulana explains that while creation is a manifest occurrence, the purpose of all the elements of creation remained unclear to man. History of thought in this case, began from mythological design, and passing the stage of philosophical design reached the stage of mechanical design. Post Einstein, it was accepted that universe was based on an intelligent design. But even now, the understanding of man is a step short of reaching the stage of understanding the universe as a meaningful design.

  Audio: Fragments of CPS Mind
The goal of Islam is to induce man to give up his ungodly ways, so that he may lead a totally God-oriented life. One as yet untouched by Islam directs his attention towards things and beings other than God. That is, he is concerned with creation rather than the Creator. Islam shows him how to focus his thoughts and feelings on God alone. When man adopts a path directed to a certain destination, he considers it necessary to keep to that path without turning to the left or the right. For if he makes constant detours, he will fail to reach his destination. The same is the case with man's journey towards his Maker.

  Maulana Wahiduddin Khan's Blog
To attain success, man has to take stimulus from his environment, both positive and negative, his education, whether good or bad, his moral and physical inheritance and 'conver', these into success in much the same way that a plant converts nutrients from the soil into fruits. Even from his failures, he has to extract such experience as will set him on a better and more successful course for the future.

Book of the Month: The Secret of a Successful Family Life
In order to lead a successful life, it is important for man to learn the art of Life Management. The art of life management means, on the one hand man understanding himself, (i.e. he should know who he is, what his capabilities are) and, on the other hand, his becoming aware of the world around him. Then he may plan his life in a realistic manner, and make improvements whenever and wherever required.

Q. The government has proposed up to 100 per cent FDI in retail markets in India. However, several state governments are opposed to this. What is your view on this? Application of FDI in Indian markets is but natural. It is a price that India is bound to pay. After over 60 years of freedom, India failed to produce standard commodities. You cannot compel the peopl le to live with sub-standard commodities forever. Now, we have only two options -- either tolerate unlawful smuggling of foreign goods or lawfully allow foreign goods inside the country. There is, practically, no third option. To put a hold on FDI, we have to produce goods of high standard, which will prove to be a natural check; no legal provision can check this process.
